Patterned steel plates, also known as reticulated steel plates, are steel plates with diamond-shaped or protruding edges on their surfaces. The specifications of the patterned steel plate are expressed in terms of basic thickness (the thickness of the protrusion is not counted), the basic thickness is 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 7.0, 8.0mm, the width is 600~1800mm, and the length is 2~12mm, and the length is 100mm.
According to the surface pattern shape, the pattern steel plate can be divided into four types: diamond-shaped (code LX), lentil-shaped (code BD), round bean-shaped (code YD) and a combination type (code ZH) formed by the appropriate combination of two or more patterns.
Due to its protruding surface and anti-slip effect, the patterned steel plate can be used as flooring, plant escalators, work frame pedals, ship decks, automobile floors, etc.
