Factory Supply High Quality Floor Support Plate Truss Floor
The truss floor deck has the characteristics of economy, convenience, safety and reliability. At present, it is widely used in multi-storey workshops, multi-storey, high-rise, high-rise steel structure buildings, various irregular floors, various prefabricated panels, high-speed railways and other structural and construction fields.
Truss: A structure made of rods connected at both ends by hinges. A truss is a plane or space structure composed of straight rods and generally has triangular units. Truss rods mainly bear axial tension or pressure, so as to make full use of the strength of the material. When the span is large, it can save materials, reduce deadweight and increase rigidity compared to solid beams.

A truss is a geometrically unchanged structure consisting of a triangular frame made of straight rods. The junction between the rods is called a node (or a node). According to the axis of the rods that make up the truss and the distribution of the external forces, the truss can be divided into a plane truss and a space truss. Space structures such as roof trusses or bridges are composed of a series of parallel plane trusses. If they are mainly subjected to plane loads, they can be simplified as plane trusses for calculation.
Plane truss
The axis of the rods that make up the truss and the external forces they are subjected to are all on the same plane (Figure 1). A plane truss can be regarded as a basic triangular frame with rods added. Every time two rods are added, a new node must be formed to keep the geometric shape of the structure unchanged. This truss that can maintain geometric rigidity is called a truss without redundant rods (or a truss without redundant rods). If only rods are added without adding nodes, the geometric rigidity of the truss cannot be maintained. This truss is called a truss with redundant rods (or a truss with redundant rods).
