Factory HRB400 HRB500 Concrete Rebar Deformed Bar
Rebar is the common name for hot rolled ribbed steel bars, mainly used in construction and infrastructure projects. The grade of rebar is usually composed of HRB and the minimum value of its yield point, where H, R and B respectively represent the first letter of the three words Hot-rolled, Ribbed and Bars. According to the national standard, rebar is mainly divided into three grades: HRB335 (two grade rebar), HRB400 (three grade rebar) and HRB500 (four grade rebar), of which three grade and above rebar is the most widely used in engineering.
The raw materials for the production of rebar mainly include iron ore, coke and scrap, and its downstream application areas are mainly real estate and infrastructure construction, and the real estate industry occupies about 65% of the demand for rebar. Because iron ore resources are mainly concentrated in a few countries, and domestic iron ore is mostly poor ore, so the external dependence is high, which also affects the production cost and supply stability of rebar.
