Cold-drawn steel wire is a steel wire directly used for prestressed concrete after cold drawing. This kind of steel wire has residual stress, low yield strength ratio and small elongation. It is mainly used for pressure water pipes. Low-relaxation spiral rib steel wire must be stabilized to obtain low relaxation performance. Notched steel wire is a steel wire that produces periodic indentations or convex patterns on the surface of the steel wire by cold rolling or cold drawing. The indentations or convex patterns on the surface of the steel wire can increase the bond strength with concrete and can be used for prestressed concrete components by pre-tensioning.
