Manufacturer Supply High Quality Steel Rebar Truss
1. Structure and Characteristics of Reinforced Steel Truss Floor Slabs1. Structural CompositionThe reinforced steel truss floor slab integrates the steel bars within the concrete slab with the construction formwork to form a load-bearing component capable of supporting the weight of wet concrete and construction loads during the construction phase, also serving as lateral support for the steel beams; during the usage phase, the reinforced truss works with the concrete to bear the service loads.
2. Materials Used(1) Steel Bars: The upper and lower chords use hot-rolled steel bars HPB235, HRB400, or cold-rolled ribbed steel bars grade 550 provided in coils; the web members use cold-rolled plain round steel bars grade 550 or 650 also provided in coils; and the truss support steel bars use hot-rolled steel bars HPB235 or HRB335.(2) Galvanized Steel Plate: The bottom formwork uses 0.5mm thick galvanized steel plates, with a double-sided galvanization of 120 to 180 gm/㎡.(3) Pins: To ensure effective connection between the concrete and steel beams, pins are installed on the steel beams, and specialized pinning machines are used for construction. The cross-section of the reinforced steel truss floor slab is shown in the figures.
