Product Description
Prestressed steel strand
Model: Divided by strength into 1570MPa, 1670MPa, 1860MPa, etc. (as per GB/T 5224-2014 standard).
Structure: 1 × 7 (7 steel wires twisted together), 1 × 19, etc.
Example: Φ 15.24mm (1 × 7 standard type), Φ 12.7mm (low relaxation type).
Galvanized steel strand
Model: such as YB/T 5004-2012, commonly with diameters ranging from 5mm to 20mm.
Classification: Smooth galvanized, zinc aluminum alloy coating.
unbonded steel strand
Surface coated with anti-corrosion grease and wrapped with PE sheath, used for post tensioned prestressed concrete structures.
Aluminum clad steel strand
The outer layer of the steel wire is coated with aluminum, which combines strength and conductivity, and is used for overhead transmission lines (such as ACSR models).
