Angle steel, commonly known as angle iron, is a long steel strip with two sides perpendicular to each other. Angle steel can be used to form various load-bearing components according to different structural needs, and can also be used as connectors between components.
It is widely used in various building structures and engineering structures, such as beams, bridges, transmission towers, lifting and transportation machinery, ships, industrial furnaces, reaction towers, container racks, cable trench brackets, power piping, busbar bracket installation, and warehouse shelves. Angle steel is a carbon structural steel for construction.
Galvanized angle steel is divided into hot galvanized angle steel and cold galvanized angle steel. Hot dip galvanized angle steel is also called hot dip galvanized angle steel or hot dip galvanized angle steel. The cold galvanizing coating mainly guarantees the full contact between zinc powder and steel by electrochemical principle, and produces electrode potential difference for anticorrosion.
Galvanized angle steel is widely used in power tower, communication tower, curtain wall material, shelf construction, railway, highway protection, street lamp pole, marine component, building steel structural component, substation auxiliary facilities, light industry, etc.
Hot dip galvanized angle steel is also called hot dip galvanized angle steel or hot dip galvanized angle steel. The angle steel after rust removal is immersed in the molten zinc solution melted at about 500 C, so that the surface of the angle steel adheres to zinc layer, so as to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion, suitable for various strong acid, alkali mist and other corrosive environments.
