Product Description
It is mainly divided into two categories: equal angle steel and unequal angle steel. Among them, unequal angle steel can be divided into unequal equal thickness and unequal unequal thickness.
The specifications of angle steel are expressed by the size of side length and side thickness. The specifications of domestic angle steel are 2-20, with the number in centimeters of the side length. The same angle steel often has 2-7 different side thicknesses. Imported angle steel indicates the actual size and side thickness of both sides and indicates the relevant standards. Generally, large angle steels have a side length of more than 12.5cm, medium angle steels have a side length of 12.5cm-5cm, and small angle steels have a side length of less than 5cm.
The ordering of imported and exported angle steels is generally based on the specifications required in use, and the steel grade is the corresponding carbon steel grade. In addition to the specification number, angle steel has no specific composition and performance series.
Classification of angle steel: usually divided into equal angle steel and unequal angle steel according to the different specifications of the two sides of the angle steel.
1. Equal angle steel, angle steel with the same length of two sides.
2. Unequal angle steel, angle steel with different lengths of two sides. Unequal angle steel is also divided into unequal equal thickness angle steel and unequal unequal thickness angle steel according to the difference in thickness of the two sides.
Characteristics of angle steel:
1. The angle structure gives it good supporting strength.
2. Under the same supporting strength, the weight of the angle steel is lighter, the material consumption is less, and the cost is saved.
3. The construction is more flexible and takes up less space.
