Types and uses of steel pipes

By production method

It can be divided into seamless steel pipe and seamed steel pipe, and seamed steel pipe is referred to as longitudinal steel pipe. Seamless steel pipes can be used in various industries such as liquid pneumatic pipes and gas pipelines. Welded pipes can be used for water pipelines, gas pipelines, heating pipelines, electrical pipes, etc.

According to the use of steel pipes

1. Pipes for pipelines. Such as: seamless pipes for water, gas pipes, steam pipelines, oil transmission pipes, and pipes for oil and gas trunk lines. Agricultural irrigation faucets with pipes and sprinkler irrigation pipes, etc.

2. Pipes for thermal equipment. Such as boiling water pipes, superheated steam pipes for general boilers, superheated pipes, large smoke pipes, small smoke pipes, arch brick pipes and high-temperature and high-pressure boiler tubes for locomotive boilers.

3. Pipes for machinery industry. Such as aviation structure pipe (round pipe, elliptical pipe, flat elliptical pipe), automobile half shaft tube, axle tube, automobile tractor structural tube, tractor oil cooler pipe, agricultural machinery square pipe and rectangular tube, transformer pipe and bearing tube, etc.

4. Pipes for petroleum geological drilling. Such as: oil drilling pipe, oil drill pipe (square drill pipe and hexagonal drill pipe), drilling straight, oil tubing, oil casing and various pipe joints, geological drilling pipe (core pipe, casing, active drill pipe, drilling straight, hoop and pin joint, etc.).

5. Pipes for the chemical industry. Such as: petroleum cracking pipes, chemical equipment heat exchangers and pipelines, stainless acid resistant pipes, high-pressure pipes for fertilizers and pipes for transporting chemical media, etc.

6. Other departments use pipes. Such as: container tubes (high-pressure gas cylinder tubes and general container tubes), tubes for instrumentation, watch shells, injection needles and medical devices, etc.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from

new production, delivery 7 days.

Q: How about the samples ? is it free or extra fees?

A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order; if the samples from stock, it will be free; if the samples from new

production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
