Galvanized strip steel is a raw material called (zinc, aluminum) coated to varying degrees on long and narrow Steel Plates that have been cold-rolled or hot-rolled.
Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life. The hot-dip galvanized strip steel substrate undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions with the molten plating solution, forming a corrosion-resistant and tightly structured zinc iron alloy layer. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the strip steel substrate. Therefore, it has strong corrosion resistance.
The galvanized strip steel materials include: Q195, Q345, Q235, SPCC, DX51D, DX52D.
Production process
First phase
Acid wash and remove dirt from the entire roll of strip steel to achieve a shiny and clean surface.
Phase 2
① Hot dip galvanizing: After acid washing, it is cleaned in a tank with ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixture of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride aqueous solution. Then it is sent to the hot-dip galvanizing tank for galvanizing.
② Hot dip galvanizing: After pickling, it is cleaned in an ammonium chloride or zinc chloride aqueous solution or a mixed aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride, and then sent to a continuous annealing furnace before entering the galvanizing tank for galvanizing.
③ Direct galvanizing: After pickling, it is sent to a continuous annealing furnace and then enters a galvanizing tank for galvanizing.
Third Stage
After galvanizing, the strip steel is taken into storage and the galvanized layer can be customized according to customer needs, generally not less than 50g/square meter, and any sample must not be less than 48g/square meter.
Galvanized strip steel is generally used to make steel pipes, such as greenhouse pipes, drinking water pipes, heating pipes, and gas transmission pipes; It can also be applied to industries such as construction, light industry, automobiles, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, and commerce.
The construction industry is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant industrial and civil building roof panels, roof grilles, etc; The light industry uses it to manufacture household appliance casings, civilian chimneys, kitchen utensils, etc., while the automotive industry mainly uses it to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts for cars; Agriculture, animal husbandry, and fisheries are mainly used as food storage and transportation, as well as frozen processing tools for meat and aquatic products; Mainly used in commerce as storage, transportation, and packaging tools for materials; Steel structure sandalwood strips (C, Z-shaped steel); Light steel keel, ceiling keel, etc.
