Angle steel is commonly known as Angle Iron It is a long strip of steel with vertical angles on both sides. There areequilateral angle steel and unequal angle steel.

One Equilateral angle steel, angle steel with the same length on both sides.

II Unequal Angle Steel, angle steel with different lengths on both sides. According to the different thicknesses on both sides, unequal edge angle steel can be divided into unequal edge thick angle steel and unequal edge thick angle steel.

The characteristics of angle steel include:

1. Low processing cost: The cost of hot-dip galvanizing rust prevention is lower than other coatings;

2. Durability: Hot dip galvanized angle steel has the characteristics of surface gloss, uniform zinc layer, no missed plating, no dripping, strong adhesion, and strong corrosion resistance.

3. Good reliability: The galvanized layer is a metallurgical combination with the steel, becoming a part of the steel surface, so the durability of the coating is more reliable;

4. Strong coating toughness: The galvanized layer forms a special metallurgical structure that can withstand mechanical damage during transportation and use;

5. Comprehensive protection: Each part of the plated part can be galvanized, even in concave areas Sharp corners and hidden areas can be fully protected;

6. Save time and effort: The galvanizing process is faster than other coating construction methods, and can avoid the time required for on-site painting after installation.

Angle steel is widely used in building construction due to its high cost-effectiveness The bridge Tunnel. Electric tower a ship. Bracket. Steel structures and other fields play a role in supporting or fixing structures.
Stainless steel angle steel is a widely used type of stainless steel profile, characterized by structural stability, corrosion resistance, strong deformation resistance, and stable chemical properties. Compared to other metal profiles, it has unparalleled advantages.

Stainless steel angle steel generally refers to a long strip of steel made of stainless steel material with two sides forming right angles. Divided into equilateral stainless steel angle steel and non equilateral stainless steel angle steel according to the length of the edges. The two sides with equal width are called equilateral stainless steel angle steels.

Common stainless steel materials for manufacturing stainless steel angle steel
Stainless steel angle steel can be classified according to its material, commonly including martensitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, austenitic stainless steel, precipitation hardening stainless steel, and so on.

1. Austenitic stainless steel
The production and usage of this type of material occupy the mainstream position of the product, accounting for 70.1% of the total stainless steel. It is a very important category in stainless steel. According to the alloy ratio, austenitic stainless steel can be divided into two categories: chromium nickel steel and iron chromium manganese steel. The former uses nickel as the austenitizing element and is the main component of austenitic steel. Considering production costs, the latter is a nickel saving steel grade that replaces expensive nickel with manganese and nitrogen. Austenitic steel has good corrosion resistance, comprehensive mechanical properties, and processability, but its strength and hardness are relatively weak.

2. Ferritic stainless steel
Ferritic stainless steel contains 11% -30% chromium and is essentially nickel free, making it a nickel saving steel grade. In use, its structure is mainly composed of ferrite. Ferritic stainless steel has high strength and low tendency for cold work hardening. It has excellent resistance to local corrosion such as chloride stress corrosion, pitting corrosion, and crevice corrosion, but is sensitive to intergranular corrosion and has poor low-temperature toughness.

3. Dual phase stainless steel
Traditionally, it is believed that there is more than 15% ferrite on the austenitic matrix. Conversely, if there is more than 15% austenite on the ferritic matrix, we can call it austenite+ferrite duplex stainless steel. Dual phase stainless steel combines the advantages of austenitic steel and ferritic steel.

4. Martensitic stainless steel
Martensitic stainless steel is a type of steel whose properties can be adjusted by heat treatment, and its strength and hardness are relatively high. Precipitation hardening stainless steel is a type of steel that improves strength by precipitating carbides in the steel through heat treatment.
