What is Stainless Steel Structural Plate?
Structural steel plate (mechanical engineering material):refers to steel that meets specific strength and formability grades. Formability is expressed as elongation after interruption of tensile test. Structural Steel is generally used for bearing and other purposes, in which the strength of steel is a heavy design standard. Structural steel is a type of special steel.
Classification
1. Steel used for various machine parts. It includes carburizing steel, quenched and tempered steel, spring steel and rolling bearing steel.
2. Steel used for engineering structures. It includes A, B, special steel and ordinary low Alloy Steel in carbon steel.
Grade indication method
The first part indicates the material, such as: s (steel) for steel, F (Ferrum) for iron:
The second part indicates different shapes, types, and uses, such as P (Plate) for plate, T (Tube) for tube, K (Kogu) for tool
The third part indicates the characteristic number, which is generally the minimum tensile strength. For example: sS400--the first s stands for steel (stee1), the second s stands for "structure" (structre), 400 is the lower limit tensile strength 400ma, and the whole indicates ordinary structural steel with a tensile strength of 400 ma.
SPHC:The first s is the abbreviation of steel Stee1, P is the abbreviation of plate P1ate, H is the abbreviation of heat Heat, c is the abbreviation of commercial WCommercia1, and the whole indicates hot-rolled steel plates and strips for general use.
SPHD:Indicates hot-rolled steel plates and strips for stamping.
SPHE:Indicates hot-rolled steel plates and strips for deep drawing.
SPCC:Indicates cold-rolled carbon steel sheets and strips for general use, which is equivalent to China's Q195-215A grade. The third letter c is the abbreviation of cold co1. When the tensile test is required, add I to the end of the grade to be SPCCT.
SPCD:Indicates cold-rolled carbon steel sheets and strips for stamping, equivalent to China's 084 (13237) high-quality carbon structural steel. SPCE
Indicates cold-rolled carbon steel sheets and strips for deep drawing, equivalent to China's 08AL (5213) deep drawing steel. When non-ageing is required, add I at the end of the grade to SPCEN.
Cold-rolled carbon steel sheets and strips tempering code: annealing state is A, standard tempering is S, 1/8 hard is 8, 1/4 hard is 4, 1/2 hard is 2, hard is 1.
Surface processing code: matte finish rolling is D, bright finish rolling is B. For example, spc-sD indicates standard tempering, matte finish rolling for general use cold-rolled carbon sheets. Another example is SFOCT-SB, which indicates standard tempering, bright processing, and requires mechanical properties to be guaranteed.
Mechanical structural steel brand
s+carbon content+letter code (, CK), where the carbon content is represented by the middle value X100, the letter c: represents carbon: represents carburizing steel. For example, the carbon content of carbon rolled plate s20c is 0.18-0.23%
Carbon structural steel
Steel plate knowledge High-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled thin steel plates and steel strips are used in automobiles, aviation industries and other sectors. The steel grades are boiling steel: 08F, 10F, 15; calm steel: 08, 08BAL, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50.
25 and below are low carbon steel plates, 30 and above are medium carbon steel plates.
Chinese brand
(1) Cold-rolled, non-oriented silicon steel strip (sheet): Expression method: DW + iron loss value (100 times the iron loss per unit weight at a frequency of 50, a sinusoidal waveform with a magnetic induction peak of 1.5T) + 100 times the thickness value. For example, DW470-50 indicates a cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel with an iron loss value of 4.7w/g and a thickness of 0.5mm. The new model is now 50W470.
(2) Cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strip (sheet): Expression method: DQ + iron loss value (10 times the iron loss per unit weight at a frequency of 50, a sinusoidal waveform with a magnetic induction peak of 1.7). + 100 times the thickness value. Sometimes G is added after the iron loss value to indicate high magnetic induction.
For example, DQ133-30 indicates a cold-rolled oriented silicon steel strip (sheet) with an iron loss value of 1.33 and a thickness of 0.3mm. The new model is now 30Q133.
(3) Hot-rolled silicon steel sheet: Hot-rolled silicon steel sheet is indicated by DR, and is divided into low silicon steel (silicon content ≤ 2.8%) and high silicon steel (silicon content > 2.8%) according to the silicon content. Method of expression: + 100 times the iron loss value (the iron loss value per unit weight when the maximum value of the magnetic induction intensity is 1.51 when 50 strands are repeatedly magnetized and the sinusoidal change is repeated) + 10 times the thickness value. For example, D8510-50 indicates a hot-rolled silicon steel sheet with an iron loss value of 5.1 and a thickness of 0.5mn.
The grade of hot-rolled silicon steel sheet for household appliances is indicated by JDR + iron loss value + thickness value, such as JDR540-50.
