Product Description
Oil quenching and tempering spring steel wire is an industrial steel wire product, such as 60si2Mn composition of steel wire, first cold drawn to the specified diameter, heated to 950 degrees austenitization, quenched in quenching oil, and then tempered, the obtained steel wire is oil quenched tempered spring steel wire.
Steel wire is extremely versatile, low-carbon iron wire can be used to bundle items, high-carbon steel wire can be used to make steel strands or manganese-based phosphate coated wire ropes, and so on.
1. brass coated steel wire (0.12~0.25~0.28~0.3~0.35~0.4~~~~0.72mm) for making brusher our packing have coils, BP,BS60 spools packing and 48 spools in one pallet
2. flat wire normally for making push broom or steel sweeper brooms ( like size 0.66*3.2mm,0.45*2.8mm , of course other size no problem)
3.Steel wire rope(cable), like 1*37 6*36,19*7, from size 4mm 6mm 8mm 12mm 16mm 20mm 22mm 24mm,38mm etc. for different cut length. Used in sweeper brush, polishing brush and weed brush etc, Cutted in different length and PVC or Nylon coated also workable. We can also do the pressure casting on the rope.

Q: How about the samples? Is it free or extra fees?
A: Usually, we would like to supply the samples before order. If the samples are in stock, it will be free. If the samples need to be produced, we will charge some reasonable cost. But this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so common products size orders just need 7 days from stocks. If there are special size orders, it will cost 7-15 days.
