Oil quenched and tempered spring steel wire
There are two methods of quenching spring steel: 1. The production method of cold-drawn steel wire coiling This production method is usually applied to springs with a diameter of less than 8 mm of steel wire, and is made into springs by cold rolling. 2. The production method of hot coiled springs and leaf springs This production method is usually applied to large springs, which are made into springs after hot rolling, and need to be re-quenched after forming, and tempered at medium temperature, and the tempering temperature is generally 420~520.
